Xiaomi Mi 11 with fast Snapdragon 888 chip and huge 108MP camera priced from €749

Xiaomi live streamed the global launch of their Mi 11 phone which features substantial hardware upgrades that enable it to tackle other flagship phones head-on like the latest Snapdragon 888 processor and more.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 is fronted by a 6.81-inch AMOLED display with WQHD+ resolution, a 480Hz touch sample rate and a 120Hz refresh rate.

This is paired with the current top of the line Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor with 5G connectivity baked in accompanied by 8GB LPDDR5  RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage. The phone lacks expandable storage and hosts dual SIM card slots with an NFC and IR blaster for good measure.

The rear camera of the Mi 11 consists of a triple camera array built around a 108MP camera with optical image stabilisation and which uses pixel binning, a second 13MP ultra wide angle camera and a third 5MP macro camera. The front hosts a 20MP selfie camera.

Keeping things juiced is a 4,600mAh battery with 55W wired, 50W wireless and 10W reverse wireless charging support.

One thing to note is that the global versions of the Mi 11 that will be sold outside of China will have Google Mobile services.

 

Xiaomi Mi 11 Price and Availability

According to Xiaomi, the Mi 11 will be available globally soon with prices from 749 Euros which is about RM3,662 in Malaysia ringgit.
