Samsung The Freestyle projector preorders begin in selected regions

Revealed at CES 2022, Samsung’s The Freestyle compact projector is able to kick out a crisp 100-inch image on any wall in your home and has enjoyed an exceptional response in markets where it has been listed for preorders.

Samsung’s The Freestyle preorder commenced in the United States, Latin America and South Korea, Southeast Asia and Europe earlier this year in January and preorders have thus far exceeded 10,000 units which is quite a feat.

For the uninitiated, Samsung’s The Freestyle is a compact projector that weighs 830g and has similar features as Samsung’s much larger Smart TV including built-in streaming support, screen mirroring and casting for both Android and iOS devices on top of featuring 360-degree speakers and a built-in battery to allow you to literally enjoy entertainment almost anywhere you can project a display or play music. Charging the built-in battery is equally simple as it supports USB-PD with 50W/20V and above from external batteries, allowing for extended longevity in the field.

Samsung The Freestyle availability in Malaysia

While there’s no official word on an arrival for The Freestyle in Malaysia, it has been listed on Samsung Malaysia’s website which is a good omen that it’s arrival will simply be in a matter of weeks.
