Samsung The Frame TV adds new paintings from renowned Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum

One of the most unique TVs in Samsung’s line-up, the eponymously named The Frame TV which also made an appearance at CES 2020 acts as both a TV and as a premium digital photo frame for art, allowing you the luxury of viewing the world’s best art pieces in the comfort of your own home via The Frame’s display. Now, Samsung has expanded ‘The Frame’s viewable art collection with 38 exquisite new pieces from the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum in Spain to its integrated Art Store.

These 38 new pieces in the collection will be added to an exhibition titled ‘The Impressionists and The Photography’ and will include masterpieces of Post-Impressionism that include The Stevedores in Arles by Vincent van Gogh, Bottle, Carafe, Jug and Lemons by Paul Cezanne, Woman on a Divan by Augustus Macke, The Smoker by Juan Gris, Painterly Architectonic (Still Life: Instruments) by Lyubov Popova and more.

To date, the Samsung Art Store now has more than 1,200 art pieces and photographs in high resolution 4K from the world’s most renowned art museums and galleries including the Tate Modern in London, the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, the Prado Museum in Madrid and more.
