Samsung debuts Galaxy Tab S5e, Galaxy Tab A10.1 and Tab A with S Pen tablets in Malaysia

There’s still a need for tablets to enjoy content on the go and for educational purposes too. To fulfill that need, Samsung has added a trio of spanking new slates to their current line-up that cover a gamut of prices and performance envelopes. In Malaysia, they’ve debuted the premium Galaxy Tab S5e, the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 and the Galaxy Tab A with S-Pen.

Galaxy Tab S5e

The Galaxy Tab S5e is a compact premium entertainment slate that spots a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display, a quartet of speakers in each of the tablet for added aural oomph when watching movies and gaming in equal measure, a 2.0Ghz octacore processor paired up with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage, all crammed into a machined aluminium casing that’s just 5.5mm thin that weighs a mere 400g. For food capturing and selfie duties, the Galxy Tab S5e has a rear-facing 13-MP camera while an 8-MP snapper covers the front of the slate.

For security verification, the notebook comes with a fnngerprint reader built into the power button. What makes the Galaxy Tab S5e especially appealing is that it has Samsungs vaunted DeX support that lets you, assuming you have a HDMI cable to a monitor or TV, project a desktop mode for productivity purposes. The slate also has an Pogo keyboard cover for that protects the tablet and has a full set of keys to get some work done on the go. Keeping it all powered is a 7,040mAh battery that offers about 15 hours of battery life before needing a juicing. If this floats your boat the Galaxy Tab S5e retails for RM1,999 for the tablet only.
