MSI and University eLeague to debut MGA UEL Valorant eSports tournament series in Malaysia
MSI has announced that they will be collaborating with University eLeague (UEL) in Malaysia to kick off the MGA UEL Valorant esports circuit that is focused solely on the competitive shooter Valorant.
MGA UEL Valorant Series Tournament Details
The MGA UEL Valorant series will take place from July to September 2021 and registrations are now open until 4th July 2021 on the UEL website for collegiate-level students to participate with the ultimate winner representing Malaysia at the MSI MGA University Championship that will feature the best collegiate teams from Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and, of course, Malaysia.
From 17th July to 12th September 2021, competitors in Malaysia will vie for a prize pool of RM5,000 while undergoing a two-stage gauntlet that consists of a Qualifying round and Grand Finals.To date, MSI has sponsored over 20 eSports teams worldwide and is the host of the renowned MSI Masters Gaming Arena (MGA).
