This time around, they’re offering the Jabra Elite 5 that aims to offer a blend of flagship grade features at a modest price that doesn’t break the bank at RM699.
What is the Jabra Elite 5
In terms of hardware, the Jabra Elite 5 is still part of their Elite series of wireless earbuds so you’ll get their vaunted clear call quality, a modicum of beefy sound along with hybrid active noise cancellation. The earbuds features 6mm drivers with support for the Qualcomm aptX, AAC and SBC codecs. It also has hybrid ANC powered by a brace of six microphones along with the Qualcomm QCC3050 Bluetooth SoC.
Much like their brethren, the Jabra Elite 5 also has customiser equaliser settings, Spoty Tap Playback as well as Google Assistant and Alexa virtual assistant support baked in. In terms of battery life, the earbuds are rated for 7 hours of playtime with ANC on and up to 28 hours if you include the case. The earbuds are also rated for IP55 water and dust resistance which makes them relatively lifeproof.
