Along with the reprice, Huawei is also offering a new colourway for the P50 Pro dubbed Silver Blue that has similar specs as its black and gold coloured siblings. Regardless of colour, the P50 Pro features IP68 dust and water resistance which makes it able to shrug off the odd shower or two without issue.
You get 6.6-inch 120Hz FHD+ OLED touchscreen display, their own EMUI 12 firmware running on a Snapdragon 888 processor with apps from their own AppGallery that features almost every app that Malaysians need from shopping to banking, 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage.
The rear camera array features a potent 50MP optically stabilised True Chroma camera paired with a 40MP mono camera, a 13MP ultra wide angle camera and a 64MP telephoto camera that’s also optically stabilised.
Combined, this array is easily capable of handling impressive 100x zoom distances, low light shots and everything else in between. Up front, it has a 13MP selfie camera with a 100-degree ultra wide angle lens. Keeping it powered is a 4,360mAh battery with their own fast 66W fast charging tech and 50W of fast charging.
