Huawei Malaysia is looking to unveil a slew of laptops, tablets and other gear in Malaysia in the near future. Among the new line-up slated for deployment is the new value-oriented MateBook D14 and MateBook 14 that are up for preorder with free gifts in Malaysia this 27th July 2021

Huawei MateBook D14 Specifications

The MateBook D14 is intended as a value oriented notebook for everyday computing with a 14-inch Full HD IPS matte display and an 84 screen-to-body ratio and a 10th Gen Intel Core i3 10110U processor running Windows 10. This is paired with integrated Intel UHD graphics, 8GB RAM and a 256GB SSD along with WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.

What elevates it over other mainstream laptops is its seamless ability to pair up with another Huawei phone or tablet and control it via the laptop’s keyboard and touchpad using their Huawei Share feature. Better yet, a Huawei tablet like the new MatePad 11 or MatePad Pro 12.6 can act as an extension of the display for enhanced productivity.

MateBook 14 2021 Specifications

The MateBook 14 2021 features a 14-inch 2K display that supports 100% sRGB for luscious visuals and a 3:2 aspect ratio optimised for productivity tasks like emails, writing and spreadsheets. It runs Windows 10 on an AMD Ryzen 4000H series processor with integrated AMD Radeon graphics, packs 8GB RAM and a 512GB SSD which lends it plenty of punch. In keeping with other recently issued MateBooks, it also has WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0. 

Much like the MateBook D14, the MateBook 14 2021 has Huawei Share support for seamless pairing with another Huawei smartphone or tablet. MateBook D14 and MateBook 14 2021 Price in Malaysia

At present, Huawei hasn’t stated the MateBook D14 and MateBook 14 2021 price or what free gifts will come with them in Malaysia but both laptops have appeared on their online shop as well as on their stores on Lazada and Shopee.
