HONOR MagicBook X 16 blends large display and 12th Gen Intel Core i5 for RM3,499

HONOR is expanding their line-up of offerings that include tablets as well as notebooks to wrap up the year with the deployment of the MagicBook X 16 that offers 12th Gen Intel Core CPUs that has a large 16-inch display.

In terms of hardware, the HONOR MagicBook X 16 comes with a large 16-inch FullView display with 4.5mm slim bezels and a tall 16:10 aspect ratio that lends itself to easier web scrolling and reading through documents. The display itself has 1,920 x 1,200 pixels resolution for pin-sharp text, has 100% sRGB and also has a TUV Rheinland low blue light and flicker free certification to make it easier on the eyes.

Powering the laptop is a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U CPU, Iris Xe graphics, 8GB RAM and a 512GB SSD though it has an additional slot to expand storage up to 1TB. Connectivity is comprehensive with WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 as well as a comprehensive suite of I/O with a USB-C port for charging, 2 USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports and a HDMI 1.4b port. Keeping it powered is a 60Wh battery with a bundled 65W fast charger.

In Malaysia, the laptop will be priced at RM3,499 and will be available for sale on 18th November 2022 with RM777 in free gifts that include a backpack, a wireless mouse and a pre-installed copy of Microsoft Office Home & Student 2021.
