Samsung Galaxy Fit2 fitness wearable now in Malaysia and costs RM179

Granted, most of us are stuck at home these days but that isn’t an excuse to slack off on the fitness regime and for those who are on a budget but want robust fitness tracking functionality, Samsung has issued their Galaxy Fit2 wearable for Malaysia at a surprisingly low RM179 price point.

Intended as the successor to the Galaxy Fit band, the Galaxy Fit2 has a slightly larger 1.1-inch rectangular AMOLED display and almost double the battery life at up to 21 days on a full charge while also packing waterproofing to a maximum of 50 metres in the drink.

On top of telling you the time, the Galaxy Fit2 will track all the usual parameters that include calories burned, distance travelled, heart rate, steps taken and auto detection of five exercises which in this case are walking, running, dynamic workouts, elliptical training and rowing machines. The Galaxy Fit2 also offers sleep tracking, stress level measurement and can offer breathing exercises in case you happen to encounter a rough spot in the day.
