Renowned component and peripheral purveyor Cooler Master is taking customer service up a notch with the launch of Malaysia’s first Cooler Master Service Centre in Petaling Jaya where customers can drop by for inquiries, sort out RMA claims and more.
What is the Cooler Master Service Centre
The new Cooler Master Service Centre is managed by SCX Solutions Sdn Bhd and also features a Cooler Master Experience Zone where customers can experience the latest Cooler Master components and peripherals along with refreshments while awaiting RMA claims.
To pursue RMA claims for Cooler Master products, customers need to install the Carex app that’s free for download for iOS and the Android phones and which helps with product warranty registration, status updates on RMA claims and more along with live chat options in a future update. Once that bit of digital paperwork has been sorted out, you can mail in or physically walk into the Cooler Master Service Centre to return the RMA’ed product.
In Malaysia, the Cooler Master Service Centre is open weekdays from 9.00AM to 6.00PM and the first and third Saturday of the month from 9.00AM to 1.00PM. The Centre will close on Sundays and public holidays as well as from 12..30PM to 2.00PM for lunch.
