Refreshed Acer Swift X ultraportables announced at CES 2022 with 12th Intel CPUs 

CES 2022 is here and with it Acer has announced a range of new laptops including the refreshed range of Acer Swift X laptops that include a Swift X 14-inch and 16-inch variant that pack the latest 12th Gen Intel Core processors.

What is the Acer Swift X 2022?

The Acer Swift X 14-inch comes with a 14-inch 2,240 x 1,400 pixel display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, the latest 12th Gen Intel CPUs, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU, up to 16GB DDR5 memory and up to 2TB of PCIe SSD storage with WiFi 6E connectivity.

In terms of I/O, you get two USB Type-C ports with Thunderbolt 4, two USB 3.2 Type-A Gen 1 ports, a HDMI 2.0 and a fingerprint reader.

The Acer Swift X 16-inch model has mostly similar specifications but has a larger 16-inch 2,560 x 1,600 pixel display. There’s no official dates for availability, exact configurations available for Malaysia or additional details but we were able to get a firsthand look on an early sample prior to CES 2022.
