Acer debuts Marvel Avengers Infinity War themed Swift 3, Aspire 6 and Nitro 5

The upcoming Marvel Avengers Infinity War movie is just around the corner but Acer is getting things rocking as they’re announcing the release of a special trio of notebooks themed on characters from the movie – the Acer Swift 3 Iron Man Edition, the Aspire 6 Captain America Edition and the Nitro 5 Thanos Edition.

The Acer Aspire 6 Captain America edition externally has a matte blue finish emblazoned with Captain America’s distinctive emblem on the top lid. In terms of hardware it has a 15.6-inch Full HD display that can be deployed flat if needed, the latest eighth Intel Core i5-8250U, 4GB DDR4 RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce MX150 2GB GDDR5 GPU as well as 1TB of storage. All this clocks in at RM3,299.

The Nitro 5 Thanos Edition has a grimacing Thanos monogrammed on the rear and a greyish finish with bronze trim.  The notebook sports a 15.6-inch IPS 1080p display, an Intel Core i5-7300HQ processor, 8GB DDR4 RAM, a 128GB and 1TB hard disk combo and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX1050 4GB GDDR5 GPU to tackle gaming duties. Of note is that it has a dual-fan cooling system augmented by Acer’s CoolBoost tech to enhance cooling under heavy loads. The whole affair retails for RM4,299.

Last but not least the Acer Swift 3 Iron Man edition is a highly portable rig designed for exceptional portability and productivity as it’s only 9.8mm thin while offering 9 plus hours of battery life on a single charge. It comes with a 14.-inch IPS 1080p display, an eighth generation Intel Core i5-8250U processor, 8GB DDR4 RAM, a 256GB SSD and an NVIDIA GeForce MX150 2GB GDDR5 GPU. The Swift 3 Iron Man edition retails for RM4,399.

All three laptops are now available at selected Acer retailers nationwide. From today till 30 June 2018, every purchase of the above three notebooks will get you a free 16GB Avengers USB drive that will randomly be picked from one of four available designs (Spiderman, Iron Man, the Hulk and Captain America) and an Acer premium backpack worth RM399 to store your new acquisition.
