Asus’ Zenfone 3 Max is one of the more interesting evolutionary offshoots of their Zenfone 3 family as it bears aesthetic stylings similar to its siblings but prioritises battery life by cramming in a humongous 4,100mAh battery within its casing that is rated to last up to 38 days on standby with 4G on or offer 19 hours of wi-fi browsing and, if you’re so inclined, 72 hours of music playback.
The Zenfone 3 Max’s built-in battery is also beefy enough to juice other devices as well which comes in really handy when you’re carrying multiple devices. Now, in line with the coming Raya holidays, Asus Malaysia is knocking RM100 off the RM999 price of the Zenfone 3 Max so you’re getting it at a low RM899 at retail outlets nationwide till June 30 2017.
The rest of the hardware is well specced for its price tag with a 5.5-inch 1080P display sheathed in 2.5D glass, a Snapdragon 430 processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, a rear 16-MP f/2.0 camera with their PixelMaster imaging tech and a front facing 8-MP selfie snapper.
