In a recent event, online e-commerce platform Shopee shared a number of milestones that the brand achieved recently. To date, they achieved over USD 3 billion in annualised Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) across the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region in the first half of 2017. The app has also earned the notable achievement of being downloaded over 3 million times to date. Shopee also announced that they now offer more than 100 million product listings to date with a host of top brands joining the platform including Huawei, Oppo, L’Oreal and Unilever.
Along with their ongoing “Cahaya Raya Bersama Shopee” campaign, the app also announced that two local celebrities will be launching their exclusive Raya collections on Shopee. Celebrity Anzalna Nasir, the wordpress face of the YouMe&Hunny Raya 2017 collection along with actress Mira Falzah who is behind the popular MF Shawls brand both launched her official e-shops on Shopee.
For the Raya period till 12PM, 12 June 2017, shoppers can enjoy 50% off products on these new stores with the ANZALNA code for Anzalna Nasir’s online e-store and MFLAUNCH at Mira Falzah’s MF Shop online. Shopee is also continuing their ongoing cornucopia of Raya discounts and promotions as part of their aforementioned Cahaya Raya Bersame Shopee campaign that continues until 30 June 2017. The Shopee app is available for free download on iOS and Android platforms.
