Samsung’s Galaxy A (2017) series preorder extended to 22 January

If you have been on the fence about preordering the revamped 2017 editions of the Samsung Galaxy A5 and A7 which toss in a free Level U Pro wireless headphone worth RM399 on the house, well, you get just a bit more time to think on it as they’ve extended the preorder duration to 22 January. It was originally slated to end this Sunday on 15 January. Deliveries and collection will now take place on 25 January.

The Samsung Galaxy A5 and A7 smartphones have a lot going for them. Crammed into an IP68 water resistant chassis is a crisp 1080P Super AMOLED display, front and rear 16-MP F/1.9 cameras and hefty battery with fast charging support. The A5 and A7 differ in terms of screen size and battery capacity but otherwise have a similar processor, RAM, storage and camera for Malaysia along with a fingerprint reader that integrates Samsung Pay support. The Galaxy A7 (2017) retails for RM1,899 while the Galaxy A5 (2017) retails for RM1,699. Combined with the preorder Level U Pro headphones, that’s quite a substantial bit of savings.
